Kijiji Kate's boudoir

Not too long ago, I was featured on Kijiji Daily Deals for a Boudoir session. They sold like hotcakes, and people are starting to cash them in.

Today I met Kate, she showed up with a couple wardrobe changes, and the cutest little build-a-bear that her boyfriend bought her for their first anniversary. Kate warmed up quickly and we were flying through pictures and poses!  Kate's getting a photobook ordered for her boyfriend, so I'm editing now... that way the book gets ordered asap!

46 and fabulous! Kimberley's Boudoir...

Tonight I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Kimberley for her boudoir session. I can't get enough of her - she was just amazing to work with! You'd never know Kim was a day over 30, she is just beautiful and absolutely awesome... the shots turned out better than I could have imagined! And it helped that we had a glass of wine or two to wind down a little!

As luck would have it, my little girl woke up about 5 minutes before Kim came by, so we had to listen to her babbling and occasional yelling during the shoot, but like a veteran mum, Kim was awesome about it!

Sexy Sara's Boudoir

My first shoot of the day was with Sara. Sara found me on Kijiji Daily Deals and booked right away. I'm so lucky she contacted me, because I couldn't have asked for a more photogenic and beautiful model! Sarah got into the pictures and knew how to make them smoulder!

About halfway through the shoot, Sara's beautiful Lab/Collie mix jumped in, and some great impromptu photos arose, with the biggest smile on the beautiful model's face!

The First Contest - Jen's sexy Boudoir!

Yesterday was my boudoir session with Jen G. She does all my knit props for the newborn shoots and she was the winner of my first contest ever. We've been postponing and postponing this shoot for a while now, and finally decided on a day and got together to get it done!

Jen said she was a little nervous, but she really had no reason to be - the camera absolutely loved her! She looked fantastic in every shot we took. I'm going through the photos now and I'm blown away by how beautiful they are!

Boudoir, baby

So the shoot was bumped up to today, which was fantastic for me, because I was so excited to see what the shots would turn out like. I wasn't disappointed, and I certainly hope my model won't be either!

I just love the vivid colours, they add so much punch to the photos - I'm sure that when the groom see's these pictures, he's going to love them!

The first Boudoir shoot!

I'm very excited for this weekend! We have a boudoir shoot on Saturday, Engagement shoot on Sunday and a Newborn/family shoot on Monday - busy!

This is my first boudoir shoot, and I can't wait. I have so many ideas, the photos are just dancing through my mind. Hopefully I'll be able to remember them all for tomorrow, and get some really awesome shots.

A couple tips for your boudoir shoot: remember to RELAX!  It doesn't matter about your size, shape or colour, if you're relaxed and you try to feel comfortable the pictures will be gorgeous! There's something inherently seductive about women, that makes boudoir photos turn out gorgeous, every time!

Also, try and steal a blazer, dress shirt, tie, sports jersey...SOMETHING from your significant other. Some of the sexiest pictures are of you wearing his clothes - trust me, he'll agree!

Next, trust your photographer - I'll do everything I can to make sure you LOVE your photos, I guarantee that regardless of how nervous you are at first, after a couple minutes, you'll warm up and we can make the shoot a fun time!
